These are our terms and conditions
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our work, we do not accept refunds for services rendered. If you had an issue with the services rendered, please discuss this with your therapist so changes can be made in additional sessions. You are also welcome to withdraw consent at any time. When services have been rendered there is an expectation of payment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation made at least 24 hours in advance will incur no charges. Cancellation made within 24 hours will incur a $35.00 cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy
Appointments not cancelled in advance will be responsible for the entire amount due for the treatment that was booked.
